Diamond Coatings Inc successfully exhibited at the Automotive Interiors Expo in the globally recognised heart of the automotive industry, Michigan (Novi).
Attending the show on behalf of Diamond Coatings Inc was group President Jason Eite, who was supported by Automotive Business Unit manager Harris Kyriacou from Diamond Coatings Ltd. The Diamond Coatings Group exhibited at the 3 day show in October 2017, hosted by the Suburban Exhibition Centre in Novi Michigan, displaying the company’s extensive product range and capabilities to some of the biggest names in the automotive industry.
Having a successful track record in supplying the automotive industry since 2002, Diamond Coatings were keen to exhibit some of their cost effective and innovative technologies to other automotive companies, with a view to establish themselves as a market leader in the American automotive market, since their expansion to the states in January 2016.
Of particular interest was Diamond Coatings intuitive and unique lighting system, which lifts the mundane interior to the luxurious. Having provided revolutionary interior solutions to luxury car manufacturers for many years, Diamond Coatings displayed their capacitive touch lighting solution for overhead consoles, which allows the vehicle owners and car drivers to light their car cockpit with the simplicity of a touch, removing the need to search around for buttons to activate the light source.
Another product on display at the Automotive Interiors Expo which generated a lot of buzz, was Diamond Coatings custom AR solutions (Anti-reflective), which can be applied to vehicle centre consoles, greatly reducing the effect of reflection from the display instruments, which will inevitably be caused by beaming sun-light through car windows, windscreens and sunroofs.
