Capability
We now offer a full range of ITO Plastic supplies with or without coatings. Substrates available in our range include:
• Polycarbonate
• Acrylic
• Polyester Film
Both acrylic and polycarbonate substrates are available with/without anti-glare and/or hard-coat coatings.
Polycarbonate
Polycarbonate ITO Plastic
A distinctive class of thermoplastic polyesters, polycarbonates are easily machined and coated. They are used widely in modern manufacturing. Interesting features of polycarbonates include impact and temperature resistance, as well as optical properties. Different polycarbonate grades with flame retardant and other properties are also available.
In addition, we can apply anti-glare finishes in combination with a variety of other finishes suitable for all applications. Adhesive gaskets and tapes allowing easy bonding to display cases are also available.
Optical Hard Coated Acrylic
A clear, useful plastic resembling glass, acrylic features properties that in many ways make it somewhat superior to glass. One of the main advantages of acrylic over glass is its weight advantage. Diamond Coatings Acrylic sheets are hand-made and inspected to the highest optical specifications. Harder and offering better scratch resistance than polycarbonate, Acrylic can be further enhanced by the addition of extra scratch resistance properties and anti-glare coatings.
We can apply ITO plastic hard-coating with/without anti-glare properties.
